The transfer plotter sheet is designed to allow maximum impact designs, it is a highly washfast system on a wide variety of substrates, this versatile answer to garment adornment will save you time and money. The system is available in 7 standard colours: white, black, blue, red, yellow, navy & bottle green - with other colours upon request (min qtys apply). Requiring the use of a heat transfer press, the system can be cut using a conventional digital plotter cutter, to generate the logos that you require. Easy to weed & transfer - the system has the versatility of vinyl laminate, whilst including the ironability and colour variation that laminates cannot provide.

Application Instructions Easy to use, the plotter sheets are supplied in a convenient size of 325x475mm - the sheet is then digitally plotter cut in reverse, weeded and transferred as follows: -Temperature 180 degrees C (depending on material) -Dwell 10-12 seconds -Pressure medium -Peel cool The system is then highly washfast upto 60 degrees C (I.S.O. Test No.3)- even ironable (medium setting upto 160 degrees C) without any problematic "melting" of the print that can often be the case with plastisol or vinyl laminate transfers.
